After today, I'll continue to refrain from posting ordinary dinner rolls on my site because who wants a plain dinner roll when you can have a warm, honey-buttered, golden-brown, soft, supple, and opulent dinner roll instead? Bread essentials are used to make the handmade dough. I've added a few extras like melted butter and honey for comfortingly sweet flavor and richness. I use a little bit more flour to account for the additional moisture brought on by these extra liquids. In relation to flour, today we are using bread flour. since we are baking bread! Not only that, though. My honey butter rolls are made with bread flour since it has more gluten than all-purpose. The addition of gluten makes the resulting rolls extra chewy and, uh, more bread-like.

DESCRIPTION
1 cup (240 ml) of warmed whole milk, roughly 110°F*, together with 2 and 1/4 tablespoons of Platinum Instant yeast from Red Star.1/2 tsp sugar, granulated

Unsalted butter, melted and gently chilled, 1/4 cup (60g)
1/2 teaspoon salt

TOPPING
60 grams of extremely soft, unsalted 1/4 cup of butter Two teaspoons (42g) of honey.Mix the egg, sugar, and yeast with the warm milk. Separately combine salt and flour.
As you knead the dough, incorporate the dry ingredients into the liquid mixture. Knead in 55 g of soft butter after setting the dough aside for 20 minutes.
After letting the dough rest for two hours, roll it into a disc and cut it into sixteen triangles.
Each triangle is rolled, then the rolls are laid aside to double in size.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180C/350F after applying an egg wash. Before serving, dab with melted butter.
